Prices and Payment 

All prices are displayed in Canadian funds.  The total for your order is displayed at checkout. If wishing to pay in another currency, please contact us by phone or email.  Shipping should be calculated and added except where it is advertised "free".  If not, we will calculate before payment. Tax will be added where applicable. 

We offer the following payment methods:

Card Payment

Payments can conveniently made with a major credit card, or through PayPal directly on the Store Pay buttons.  PayPal is an independent controller for the purpose of Processing Customer Data as described in this Addendum of the PayPal Privacy Statement, please click the link to review https://www.paypal.com/ca/business/security/seller-protection

Deliveries and Returns

We offer the following delivery methods:

Deliveries within Canada: delivery takes place with Canada Post or with a local carrier. Transport times will be calculated.  

Outside Canada; transport with UPS, Canada Post, FedEx or Midland. Transport times will be calculated.  

Terms for delivery will be available upon completion of order.  A tracking number will be provided once the order has shipped.  We will do everything we can to fulfill your order.  If back ordered, you will be notified with an updated status until order is filled.  We reserve the right to disclaim shipping compensation to the customer regarding returned shipments due to unclaimed status upon delivery. 

Returns

Returns are made at your own expense unless the item is defective.  A return authorization number is required and will be provided with instructions for the return by contacting our office at 1-902- 845-2806.

Refund

If you exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of the purchase date, we will refund what you have paid for the product less the shipping cost, as soon as possible or at the latest within 14 days from the day we received your return. 

Privacy Policy

When you place your order with us, certain personal information relating to your order is provided to us - namely contact and delivery information.  By providing this information, you agree that we store and use your information to fulfill the agreement with you.  According to the Privacy Act, you have the right to receive the information we have registered about you.  If it is incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant, you can request that the information be corrected or deleted. In that case, contact us by e-mail. In order to be able to deliver and provide service for products, the Personal Data needed to be able to contact you as a customer, and the product concerned may, if necessary, be shared with manufacturer.  We do not retain or store payment card data in accordance to the PCI Compliance Manager.   (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard)
